Squamish Watersports collects customer information for booking management, scheduling, communication, payment processing, and customer support purposes. Clients are responsible to verify all experience details through confirmation emails and notify us of any questions prior to their booking. Proof of payment may be required when requesting refunds, redeeming gift certificates, or making warranty claims. $50 administration fee is required to search any archived student data from more than 2 years back. Squamish Watersports does not guarantee that any information will be found. Squamish Watersports does not take responsibility for personal items left at our storefront location, brought onto boats, or used during experiences.
