Squamish Watersports

By booking or participating in any experience with Squamish Watersports, clients agree to all policies and operational guidelines outlined below. Experiences may be cancelled or modified at any time for safety, weather, operational, or other reasons, and Squamish Watersports is not responsible for any related costs incurred by clients. GENERAL Taxes are not listed in experience prices. Clients are responsible to verify all experience details through the confirmation emails and inform us of any questions 48 hours prior to their booking. Credit purchase amount is valid for 2 years after purchase. $50 Administration fee is required to search any archived student data from more than 2 years back. Squamish Watersports does not guarantee that any information will be found. Store purchases are valid for return only if in new (unused) condition. Return are subject to a restocking fee. Squamish Watersports does not take any responsibility over any personal items left at our storefront location or brought onto the boat or on your experience. Policies and Prices are subject to change at any time. RENTALS To prevent any possible damage to the vessels, rental clients are required to always stay 200m away from any shoreline. Through any channels, you are required to stay in the middle/deepest areas and between the buoy markers. You are permitted to approach public docks throughout your experience. LESSONS 2 participants are required for all wakeboarding lesson bookings. If you are coming alone you are required to inform us of this at least 24 hours ahead of time and will need to pay for a spotter on your boat ($20/hr). Wetsuit rentals are not included in listed experience prices (unless otherwise posted). 5mm seam sealed full suit and booties are required for all wakeboarding, kiteboarding, Jetski and Wingfoiling activities. Lessons and rentals will begin as scheduled regardless of client arrival time. Make sure to arrive 30-40 minutes early or more for all experiences to prevent any loss in time on the water. Hourly lesson/experience credit purchased is valid for the experience purchased for the current season. If used in the following season, credit can be used for its monetary amount. Instructor requests can be made through the booking system in the comment section. Administrators will do their best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee at any time this instructor unless an instructor premium is paid (+$25- $35/hr based on the instructor). Even with a premium paid, scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate the paid request. REPAIRS All repaired equipment or consignment equipment no longer for sale will be stored for up to 2 weeks free of charge after which there will be a charge of $25/week for any additional storage. All repairs have a 30-day workmanship warranty on the repair that was done. Proof of payment is required.
